I travelled north to Derbyshire, to an area of stunning countryside in the Dales close to Buxton. Country Weddings don’t come more relaxed or romantic than this. The service took place at St Giles’s in the village of Longstone, where Emma had been christened. The weather was gorgeous warm and Still. Family friends helped with setting up the marque, where straw covered the floor, the walls were adorned with wild flowers. Lloyd was easily identifiable by his fabulous top hat. Emma looked lovely, every inch the country bride. After a happy service LLoyd insisted on the wedding photographs being taken in a farm yard!!! This may well be a first. The reception took place a few yards away in the lower meadow. Everyone enjoyed the local brew and wonderful food, before dancing the night away under a cloudless sky until the early hours.
